Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Grabbly. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service and accounts

Grabbly provides tools for lead discovery and project management. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

  • Subscriptions are billed via Stripe.
  • No refunds. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the paid period and then automatically terminate.
  • You may manage your subscription through your account or Stripe Customer Portal.

3. No guarantee of results

Grabbly provides a tool for finding leads, but we do not guarantee results. Lead quality depends on the keywords, groups, and sources you provide. You are responsible for the data you enter.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Grabbly for illegal activities, spam, rights violations, reverse engineering, or security breaches.

5. User content

You retain rights to your content. You grant Grabbly a limited license to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide the service.

6. Data and privacy

Our processing of personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card details — payments are handled by Stripe.

7. Termination

You may stop using Grabbly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • After subscription deactivation, project data is stored for 1 year, then automatically deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grabbly is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits or data
  • Accuracy of leads or search results
  • How you use the platform or what you search for

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of California (e.g., San Francisco County) have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
